Physical activity: the latest on its contribution to energy balance and health

Physical activity is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle, as well as the foods and drinks we consume. This conference aimed to bring nutrition and physical activity together and provide a fascinating update on the latest evidence on how physical activity affects health and risk of disease, as well as looking at the practical aspects of recommendations on physical activity and how these can be implemented.
