This section is designed for consumers who want to find out more about making changes to their behaviour to have a healthier lifestyle. When it comes to nutrition and health, most of us have a good idea of what we should be doing - the challenge is actually doing it! There are many factors, some conscious and other unconscious, that can influence what we eat and drink and how active we are. The challenge is how we can encourage people to change their behaviour to improve nutrition and health in a way that can be sustained in the long term.
