Healthier packed lunches

The BNF healthier packed lunches for children (5-11 years) leaflet has proved so popular that, despite two large print runs, the free copies are no longer available.

However, the full colour leaflet is still available to download as a pdf below. The leaflet provides practical ideas for creating healthy lunchboxes for children and opens up into a poster featuring 10 days of packed lunches.
