  • Increasing your fruit and vegetable intake is a lot easier than you might think! Try to incorporate at least one portion with every meal you have (including snacks): a banana with breakfast, a handful of grapes mid-morning, an apple or side salad with your lunch, carrot sticks and low-fat dip mid-afternoon and a serving of vegetables with your evening meal.
