Public Health England has launched a refreshed version of the UK’s healthy eating model, the Eatwell Guide, which replaces the eatwell plate. We have some information about the Eatwell Guide in our new section.
You can also find more about the Eatwell Guide on the UK government's website https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-eatwell-guide. We will be updating all of our website information to take into account the changes in the Eatwell Guide, however much of the information in this section may still be useful.
