Set to be celebrated between 12-16 June this year, British Nutrition Foundation invites all workplaces across the UK to register and participate in the event. The science-led, age-appropriate resources will serve everyone and will include:

  • Posters
  • Hands-on activities
  • Recipes
  • Events

Commenting on the registration commencement, Claire Theobald, Education Services Manager, British Nutrition Foundation said, “Eating healthily contributes to our overall health and wellbeing, and everyone should be able eat healthily, regardless of their financial situation. With the current cost-of-living crisis, it is essential that we come together as a society to ensure everyone can afford to make their lives healthier. We hope the Healthy Eating Week resources will enable individuals and communities to bring a positive effect in their diets and health.”

In addition to registration, interested participants and registrants can also get involved in raising awareness about Healthy Eating Week by:

  • planning activities with their office colleagues
  • sharing tips with employees that they can use at home
